Marrakech Souk Secrets: Private Artisan & Treasure Hunt

Mohammed our tour guide was great. He gave us some really great highlights of the Souks. He definitely knows what he was talking about and looked after us.

A very good tour focused on knowing where to find quality products in the souks. We were able to customize the trip, ask many questions, and learn some history about Marrakesh. A guide was A+. Very professional and friendly.

Our guide was Rachid. His English was excellent and he was so happy, friendly and approachable. He was very patient with us - 5 women all with a shopping list!!! 🤣 We stopped for a drink in a beautiful hidden paradise! We had a herbs/spices demonstration with free tea which was really interesting! Rachid waited for us as we stopped here and there and looked after us well. The souks are amazing...rustic, vibrant, colourful, friendly...we all had such a great day!

Hassan was being amazing. He was patient, funny, knowledgeable , and connected with souk vendors so he was able to get us major discounted pricing.

We had a great morning with Mohamed, I really recommend doing this at the start of your trip as he will bring you to the best places in the market and will help you navigate the souk and avoiding the bad buys. He was full of knowledge of the different craft and was happy to tailor the shopping experience to who was on the tour. We didn't want to see the carpets so instead we went to a great coffee stop where they make the coffee by heating sand. There is no way we would have had that experience on our own. It was like being brought around by a local friend and I have no doubt that we got to see the more of the real souk because we were with Mohamed. Really great tour and such a great guide.

Excellent experience! Mohamed is a great guide and won’t disappoint you. He takes you to stores with high quality products. No pressure to buy but you probably will anyways. Highly recommend. Really enjoyed the coffee!

Probably one of the best experiences! We met Mohamed our first day arriving to Morocco and it was the best decision to do this first. We were able to ease not only into the Medina but the culture. It was a shopping and food tour too. Can’t say enough good things!

WOW!! Mohammed is the best tour guide ever. He is funny and kind! I was running 20 minutes behind due to flight delays, and Mohammed waited for me. He explained everything so well and took the best photos!! He even gave recommendations for the rest of the trip. He also answered questions via WhatsApp even after the tour. He is amazing!! I can not recommend this tour enough.
